We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition items and digital bundle codes are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the return or exchange process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Gear

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our Foundry team receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
