How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days, while international shipping may take 2-4 weeks depending on your location and local customs processing.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition 'Prime Access' merchandise and digital code bundles are final sale and cannot be returned.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. Most of our tees are premium fitted styles; if you prefer a looser fit, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual measurement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties imposed by their local government upon delivery.
How should I care for my Warframe screen-printed hoodies and tees?
To preserve the life of the print, we recommend machine washing your garments cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to prevent shrinkage and graphic cracking.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your package leaves our Origin System warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.
